On Holy Saturday 1984, a small notice in a parish bulletin became the doorway to my life’s long offering. I said yes, not knowing that simple step would unfold into 38 years of service — years shaped by trust, steady hands, and the quiet companionship of God.
When my final day of work arrived, I felt an ache of unfinished purpose. In that stillness, the Lord whispered, “Write a book.” I doubted, and He answered softly, “Write a story.”
Two years of prayer later, the words finally came.
And now I’ve written the stories He planted in me —
The ones that became Life Is a Gift.
